Illumia Speaks

This program creates opportunities for knowledge-sharing and deeper connection with the organizations we support. Through conversations on shared challenges and emerging topics, including financial literacy, mentorship, and the first-generation college experience, the program builds community, strengthens relationships, and fosters a sense of belonging between our teams and the people we serve.

Summer Internship Program

This program creates meaningful pathways into the workforce by pairing mentorship with hands-on experience. Interns are selected from a competitive, global pool of talent to join teams across our business, gaining real-world exposure while contributing fresh perspectives that strengthen our organization. It’s a shared investment in learning, inclusion, and the next generation of leaders.

Toys for Tots

Toys for Tots is a long-standing holiday giving initiative our team members participate in annually. Each year, employees donate new toys for children in need, helping bring joy to families in our communities.

9-11 National Day of Service

Team members volunteer across the U.S. for the 9/11 National Day of Service to pack meals for families facing food insecurity. This effort honors the legacy of service by turning compassion into action.

Beach Cleanup

Our Ireland team volunteers in local beach cleanups, helping protect the coastlines we live and work in while strengthening community pride and environmental stewardship.

Carry the Load

We participate in Carry the Load’s Memorial Day remembrance events, with team members joining walks across the U.S. to honor the sacrifices of military service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
